SOme parts houses rent the pressure testors but you may have trouble getting an adapter for the threaded cap the BMWs use. Take it to rated cap pressure (17psi IIRC) and check the system again (heater on High) for leaks. If everything checks out ok there, per Bills' suggestion pressure test the system. THe leak may be minor and dry as soon as the fluid hits the hot metal and quits as the engine cools and the pressure slowly releases so there are no puddles. Use a good high intensity flashlight, a mirror and carefully look for any staining around hose connections or components that get hot around them.
